The top surface of post insulators or wall sleeves installed on the same plane or vertical plane should be located on the same plane, and the center line position should meet the design requirements. The installation centerline of the support insulator for the straight section of the busbar should be on the same straight line. Its base or flange shall not be buried in concrete or plaster layer. When stacking pillar insulators, the centerline should be consistent, the fixation should be firm, and the fasteners should be complete. A rubber or asbestos paper buffer washer with a thickness of not less than 1.5mm should be placed between the contact surface of the low-voltage post insulator without a base and top cap and the metal fixing component.
